How to make it:

  1. Bring the water and milk with a pinch of salt in a saucepan to a boil
  2. Reduce to simmer and slowly add (whisk) the cup of cornmeal.
  3. Whisk until it starts to thicken, then add the butter. When it gets to your desired consistency, add the parmesan cheese until everything is mixed together. Check the seasoning before you serve! I had to add pinch of both salt and white pepper, but that was just me. Mohlis thought it was fine for his palate.
