Iowa. You are reminding me of Puerto Rico. Could you NOT have 97 degree weather with a high index of humidity? Thanks.

Now, while I know that won’t stop this heat, at least you can cool down with some homemade ice cream. Now, while I have been trying to make different types of ice cream (Java Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Coqui Coffee -coming soon-) this has got to be one of the simplest. Why? Because its a limited amount of ingredients, which are high quality, and it makes the end product SO GOOD.

If you have seen my other posts about ice cream, you know that I have my KitchenAid Ice Cream Bowl, which makes this process super easy. I am keeping the bow in the freezer constantly, just in case I get a craving for ice cream. Again, like in previous posts, you would need to freeze the bowl for at least 12 hours, and the ice cream mixture should be in the freezer for at least 2 hours if not overnight. But, if we’re completely transparent and real. I have eaten this straight from the mixer. Its is an AMAZING soft serve. But, patience will be rewarded.

Once it is done churning, and the chocolate is in, add to your container and freeze!

The name of this recipe is Chocolate, Chocolate, CHOCOLATE, so obviously you need a 3rd chocolate in this. Once you serve it, add some fudge on top and finish of with some whipped cream!

Enjoy!

Delicious and Addicting!
