Steakhouse seasoning

Easy. Homemade. Steakhouse seasoning. Yes,you can use it for a big juicy steak, but I use it for pork chops. It is amazing. It’s an easy mix you can make and double fairly easy. I like using some Aleppo chili powder from Allspice here in Des Moines.

This makes 8 “servings” of the seasoning. Just add to a container, shake and you’re good to go.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of kosher salt
2 tablespoons of packed light brown sugar
4 teaspoons of paprika
4 teaspoons of Aleppo pepper powder
2 teaspoons of dried thyme
2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
