Ok. So this will be a quick post because I am obsessed with this right now. I never had a parfait before in my life or Greek yogurt before so this whole thing is blowing my mind. Mind you, you can do this with whatever ingredients you have in hand and that is exactly what I did.
Ingredients:
Maple-pecan granola
Raspberry jam
Vanilla Greek yogurt
Chia seeds
Fresh raspberries
How to make it:
In a large glass, assemble things like you would a bean dip. I did granola- jam- yogurt- chia seeds and repeat. I added some whipped cream on top because #treatyourself
I know this is not a mind blowing recipe, but these flavors melded beautifully for me and was something completely unexpected. Guess that’s why I posted as my food journey!
